Unit Profiles
On the right, you'll see three categories, which will now be described.
Requirements
Nobles have required rooms and furniture. The color of [REQUIREMENT] refers to the state of the requirements:

All requirement met.

[REQUIREMENT]
At least one requirement is only partially met.

[REQUIREMENT]
At least one requirement is being completely ignored.

[REQUIREMENT]
No requirements.
Nobles can become angry or sad if their requirements are not met, but there are no formal legal repercussions.
Demands
Nobles occasionally demand additional furnishings. The color of [DEMAND] refers to the state of the demands:

[DEMAND]
All demands met.

[DEMAND]
At least one demand is not met, but you have time.
-
[DEMAND]
At least one demand is running out of time.
-
[DEMAND]
At least one demand failure is being noticed by the noble.
-
[DEMAND]
No demands at present.

Mandates
Nobles also have the power to make formal legal mandates. The color of [MANDATE] refers to the state of the mandates:

All mandates are standing restrictions, like export mandates.

[MANDATE]
At least one mandate is timed, but you have plenty left.

[MANDATE]
At least one timed mandate is at least half-way to expiration.

[MANDATE]
At least one timed mandate is about to expire.

[MANDATE]
No mandates at present.
