Here is the save. I can confirm that there is no magma involved in this situation. It does make some sense though, the items in the wagons will presumably not be temperature adjusted for the surroundings when they are spawned on the map, the ice depot will melt at room temperature and when the items are introduced the ice depot will melt.
Perhaps the items inside the depot then catch fire/melt because they react to the fact they are inside a burning/melting depot rather than to the actual temperature. |

Thank you for the save.
You are running mods with "fun" modifications like creatures and materials with high fixed temperatures, which are, unsurprisingly, the cause of your conflagration. Specifically, the first merchant wagon contains a training spear made out of "flarestone", a modded material with a fixed temperature of 29000 urists. Once this item is removed from the wagon's stasis field and dropped in your depot, it naturally catches everything else on fire since it's roughly 2.5x the temperature of magma. |
