Summary0010326: Target of vampire quest unknown to be where they are
DescriptionMy lord in my adventure session asked me to kill a one Sedast Hugsriddles. No problem, right? Well, I asked for directions to Sedast, and they said "Probably on the move or deep underground, I can't be sure."

I checked legends, and said vampire wasn't dead.

No idea what happened. Maybe the town he last visited isn't known by the lord?
Steps To ReproduceRandomly get a quest from your lord, probably about a vampire.
Ask them about where said quest target is.
See if they see "Probably on the move or deep underground, I can't be sure."

EDIT: Remove this report, they really were on the move, when I recently reported back to my lord, he was able to tell me where the vampire was.
