In issue 0010355 [DETERMINES_COIN_DESIGN] position causes crashes because of the identity of the noble on it.

To further validate names do not appear either during performances 0010354 and in regards to other creatures identities that aren't referenced by other dwarves in response to a incident 0010335

Nobody is capable of identifying anybody at the given time.
