Version 0.44.01 added five new professions - Criminal, Peddler, Prophet, Pilgrim, and Monk. I guess you just happened to get one of them as a migrant. |
|
|
|
|

So I guess this can be resolved as a bug? I had a "pilgrim" spy migrate to my fort; this is probably an intended feature. |

I imagine it is intended for these professions to migrate: problem is, no "innocent" dwarves can possess them, nor do they relate to any specific purpose besides spying. I imagine it would be easy to tie the three religious professions to temples, though. |

Open up Legends. There are hundreds of pilgrims, prophets, monks and criminals wandering around the world. They're all regular non-fake visitors. Some of them are spies, certainly not all of them. |
