Summary0010457: Adventurer inventory items found duplicated as loot in lairs, caves, etc.
DescriptionI have been finding copies of my own named sword, books I'm holding, a necromancer slab, etc. as loot in caves and lairs.

For example, while wielding a sword I've named, I'll come across it on the ground in a cave.

Is this affecting just various artifacts? Are you finding those items in places you have never been to before? Are you able to get out of that site with the artifact, possible even with multiple copies of the same thing? I think Yes, No and No would make this a duplicate of 0001179.

So far I've just seen it with artifacts. And yes in places I haven't been to before.
I haven't tried picking it up. This is vanilla DF.
