Summary0010522: Adamantine spire spawned already breached
DescriptionI breached the caverns, then dwarves wandering around hunting/gathering webs ran into the adamantine spire. Unfortunately, the top was already generated cut off and demons immediately began to spawn and overrun the map.

I think it may related to a clash between generated underground features, as I got the message 'you have discovered a deep pit' just before the game announced finding the raw adamantine.
