Summary0010659: Dwarves won't move/use/take ownership of visitor-dropped artifacts
DescriptionIf a visitor carrying an artifact dies on your fortress grounds, the dwarves will just let it sit there forever, regardless of if there's a stockpile that accepts the artifact.

the artifacts are in the tavern on z-level 1, the stockpiles are a few levels underground
there is some modding to the raws but nothing involving artifacts

They're forbidden (because they were visitor artifacts).
Unforbid them and dorfs move them to the stockpiles.

There is still the issue with a lot of books being "merchant" marked, but that appears to be a different issue. So far I haven't seen any of those marks go away so the books can be hauled away, so I remove the merchant flag with DFHack.
