Summary	0010755: A human from a human civ has become my outpost Liaison
Description	A human outpost liasion has turned up with the caravan from the Mountainhome. That's not too strange, but searching Legends I can see that this human has always been a human civ human. He actually still lives in the human town which is very much still part of the human civ. No-one's been kidnapped, taken over or enslaved as far as I can tell. He just became the outpost liaison of my civ one day.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	I'm playing a modded game in which humans are naturally hostile to my wild dwarves (due to [ITEM_THIEF] tag on the wild dwarves). The human is Copnut Craterseeds, his profile says he's a member of both the human civ and my civ. But Legends records his history thus: Born in Packrusset (human town) in 147 Became a criminal in Packrusset in 159 Became the outpost liasion for The Greater Dike (my dorf civ) in 189 Settled in Packrusset (still a human town) in 189. I can only imagine that his period as a criminal messed up his loyalties a bit. But there's no info about him ever having moved away from Packrusset, despite "settling" there for a second time in 189. The only other thing I recall being odd is that a human diplomat actually came to visit my tavern a few seasons ago. I'm almost certain it was this guy, but forget the name and it's not recorded in Legends. He left without meeting anyone (despite being here for diplomacy and to relax) and after that the human civ was visible in my civ list (offering terror and vengeance like a normal hostile civ).
