0001844: Nobles issue impossible mandates.
Nobles issue impossible mandates, such as turtle shell armor stands.

I tried encrusting stone armor stands with turtle shells, this did not satisfy the mandate.

I've also seen "[item]" mandates though I think it was in the older version.
Have nobles for a while.

Are they mandating the production of said items (would be rather odd, since they usually only mandate either an object type or a material type, never a combination) or making a DEMAND that you place said furniture in one of their rooms? If the latter, this is likely the same issue as 0000944.

I like the idea of nobles issuing impossible mandates.

They did that all the time in previous versions.

If you have a noble who likes slade, adamantine, and crystal glass it might be time for that noble to take a hot bath. Make sure his room is filled with magma proof furniture.

;)

Sorry, yes, it's a demand, not a mandate. When I was making the original bug report I was thinking "Remember, it's a demand, not a mandate" and I still messed up. :P :D

... I can't figure out how to close this bug.

Thanks Quietust and Beeskee for getting to the bottom of this.
