0001845: Miners stuck in adamatine pipe.
Found an adamantine pipe and dug it out, fully expecting to breach hell. I didn't. In fact, the pipe doesn't seem to be connected to hell at all. However, I ran into a weirder problem; somehow my dwarf's pathfinding got borked, and now they can't find their way back to the fort, despite having staircases to reach it.
First time it's happened to me, and I can't figure out what the problem is or how to fix or reproduce it.

Not quite the same as 1319, because they don't have problems moving the adamatine, they can't transition a z-level despite having a staircase there(dwarves above it can't go down, and dwarves below it can't go up.)

The real problem with 0001319, when I checked out that save, turned out to be that they wouldn't use the stairs in the adamantine at all, regardless of the task. It didn't seem to have anything to do with the raw adamantine items.
