0000186: Building Selector Chooses Oddly
I've long suspected that there was some oddness in which building the cursor considered the closest, but I was never able to figure out why or get a good indicator of why I thought it was off.

Image depicts a scenario I just created whereby the FARTHER stockpile is selected over the closer stockpile a mere tile away. Moving the cursor left, up, or down (???) one tile selects the correct stockpile. Three tiles to the right selects the farm (as does 1 right + 2 up).
Three buildings near each other, but separated on the Y axis, cursor near the lower right or lower left corner selects oddly.

Is this still an issue in 0.40.xx? I can't reproduce it with the stockpile layout pictured.

I tested it more and it always reproduces. Doesn't depend where on the map the stockpiles are, or what is the type of the stockpiles.

To reproduce:
1. Find a flat space without any buildings
2. Make 10x1 stockpile (THE BUG ONLY REPRODUCES IF THIS STOCKPILE IS MADE FIRST!)
3. Make 10x4 stockpile directly below
4. Place selector directly below bottom-right corner of the second stockpile.
5. The the first stockpile (which is FURTHER) will get selected.
