Summary0002333: Lack of dwarf initial social skills is silly
DescriptionThe embark dwarves and migrants have zero or near zero social skills despite being 80-130 years old and having lived in a community for all those years.
 
I think it would be better that all adult dwarves have at least novice skill level in conversation, speaking, lying, consoling, flattery and intent judging. One might suppose that dwarven settlements do have the occasional party (or talking to the psychiatrist, who I'd rename to "counselor").

This is in the category features, with priority "tweak".
Indeed this is not a bug but a change request, just like primates having 4 feet instead of 2 hands and 2 feet.
