Summary0002394: Dwarves sleeping to death
Descriptionive had dwarves dieing mysteriously of thirst or starvation and they always seem to be in thier beds with no wounds. then i catch sight of dwarves that spend whole months sleeping and i cannot wake them up.

Yea I've seen a report of this bug previously but it was due to RAW modifications.

Adultratedhydra, we need to know if you made any changes to the game.

Nobody else seems to be mentioning it on the forums, so I bet its just an isolated case from modding.

That's almost certainly the cause, yes. Could you upload the raws for your modded dwarves to http://pastebin.com/ [^] so we can look at them?

Not dwarves but ive started a new fort to see if it effects them aswell. it was the wizard race from the wizard mod, here are the Raws http://pastebin.com/9g1FUNfy [^]

Theres the Raws for dwarves aswell, unmodded but it is happening with them aswell.

Alright, since any RAW modification can have unintended side effects I'd request that you download a clean version of Dwarf Fortress (no mods!) and make sure that the problem doesn't exist there.

I'm just going to assume that there's some error due to your newly introduced race, though. By which I mean, possibly the game is opening the wizards instead of the dwarves - I believe there's some issue with no_stun or something along those lines and sleeping.

Ok seems it was something to do with the modding as nothing happened with a fresh install.
