DescriptionI know Toady said "This should be fixed for 31.9" but it is STILL broken. The soap makers workshop has no tasks to preform (add task gives me no options)

Do you have usable, untasked tallow and lye in the appropriate stockpiles?

crap, now its doing it with my tanners workshop, (I dont have the required objects actually) however for tanners I just butchured a kitten (cruel I know) amd tried to tan his skin but still no actions are showing up

and I dont use stockpiles for lye and tallow. (am not even making it atm)

Sometimes kittens are too young and don't drop skin.

You need stockpiles for lye, since lye is made in buckets but it's only useable in barrels, if you make a stockpile it will get a barrel, then someone will take the bucket to it and dump it in.

Yes, please check whether you actually have an unrotten raw skin in your fortress. In general, it's good to check whether you have the necessary materials for a job.
