    [MAXAGE:3:4]

and
    [SELECT_CASTE:WORKER]
        [BODY_SIZE:0:0:1000]
        [BODY_SIZE:1:168:5000]
        [BODY_SIZE:12:0:20000]

(and similar for soldier, queen and drone)

Therefore antmen die at age of 3-4 but they aren't adult until they become 12 years old.

I tweaked some of the max age/body size numbers for 0.31.15.
