0003639: Fires do not spread to vegetation
If you start a fire, it will spread to nearby grass but NOT to shrubs. So, for instance, if you start a fire in a field of Longland grass near a hamlet, you'll get one square of happily burning Longland grass. The Longland grass in the surrounding squares will be unaffected for at least a very long time.
Just go into a field when there's crops around and start setting fires.
There may be a chance that objects on the same square as burning shrubs take a lot less time to ignite than objects on or surrounded by burning grass. I haven't thoroughly tested this though.

0001134 covers this, but I'm a little dubious of marking this as a duplicate of that, as the description/behaviour is slightly different and this one is more of a bug.
