Summary0004182: Wild bee colonies will form on frozen ponds
DescriptionWild bee colonies will appear on frozen ponds, and they remain there even after the ponds melt during the spring.
Steps To ReproduceWatch for bees during the winter, one might appear on a frozen water surface.

i also saw bee colonies in a rock wasteland and flora-less desert, so no flowers, doesnt make much sense too

I just spotted an underwater honey bee colony in a lake.

Hot/scorching biome, quite soon after embarking.

I'm getting a few bumblebee colonies in the middle of a (frozen) Arctic Ocean. Playing on v0.31.25

Related: colony on same tile as "dead shrub". It blinks between the two. DF .31.25 and Genesis mod.
