0004864: Buildings do not fall when floors/walls below them are removed
If a cage is constructed and the floor underneath it removed, it will float in the air. Have done this on two occasions.
Build a cage with a constructed floor, and then remove the floor.
Both times the cages were over magma - relevant?

The same is true of all buildings.

Was there a ceiling above it? I'm wondering if the game considers it to be connected to ceiling/constructions above it.

No ceiling is required - the game simply forgets to deconstruct floating buildings when you remove a construction (it works correctly if the floor drops away due to a cave-in).

I can confirm that this still happens in 43.05.
