Summary0005545: Hammerer cancels punishment - Prisoner starves
DescriptionI've had a Hammerer sit around in the same cell as the prisoner he was supposed to punish for minutes without him being able to do it. Finally the job was cancelled with a pathing issue.

The prisoner remained in the cell, but nobody would bring him food or water until he died.

Reloading the save, assigning a new Hammerer made him carry out the punishment and the prisoner was then 'back in the system'. But this should not have to happen.
Steps To ReproduceGet a prisoner who is supposed to receive a hammering. Make it so the job is cancelled or cannot be carried out properly. Wait.
