Summary0007679: First migrants/caravan delayed if not starting in spring
DescriptionI started a fortress reclaim in autumn. It seems the first migrants and caravan don't come until the following summer/autumn. This is a very long delay to go without new migrants.
Steps To ReproduceStart a fortress in another season than spring.
