0007729: Grazers don't graze if they're not in the burrow assigned to the current alert
There was a siege on, so I set all the civilians to my "indoors" burrow. A few months later I noticed that my yaks and sheep were all starving. I painted the "indoors" burrow inside their enclosure and the sheep almost immediately lost the "starving" status; the yaks took only a little while longer

duplicate of 0006240new  Civilian alerts restricted to burrows preclude grazing outside those burrows

This is because grazers are supposed to move to the alert burrow while the alert is on.
