0008391: Dwarves refuse to enter tiles which previously contained magma with TEMPERATURE: OFF
After disassembling save buildings with a little help of cave-in Idiscovered that some tiles became unreachable for pathfinding.

There are 2 places of such an anomaly
1. Hole in built floor over volcano(center of the map). Floor building cannot be designated because there is no materials.
2. a pile of blocks on the left side. Dwarfes cannot place it in stockpile and buildings cannot be built.

It appears you have temperature calculations disabled. Any tile that ever contained lava (following your cave-in, in this instance) was set to a scaldingly-hot temperature. Dwarves will not enter those tiles until the temperature drops... which it will never do because you disabled temperature calculation.

Enabling temperature calculations and waiting a while allowed the dwarves to resume work on the volcano lid.

Oh. Never thought about it. Thanks. That worked.
