Summary0008480: Companions teleport after moving
DescriptionI think this is happening when the player crosses into another section of the world. Here is what happens:

The player moves past a certain point and their companions disappear.

If the player presses 'c' the companions are shown to be in the wrong direction.

When the player moves in the opposite direction, they suddenly are on the ground.

When they continue, the companions eventually walk back to where the player is but they come in from the wrong direction.
Steps To ReproduceUnsure but I am providing a save.

1. Load the save
2. Resume the adventure mode game
3. Walk eastward for a short while
4. Observe: companions disappear
5. Press 'c' to view: companions are located 'W' (west)
6. Walk westward for a short while
7. Observe: player changes to 'on ground'
8. Observe: companions re-enter from east

This sounds quite similar to my experience from bug 0005162.

Perhaps. I'm not sure about duplication. However, they never leave the group, here. They teleport right in front of you.
