| Description | Pump operators are very committed to their job. Still, a passed-out dwarf is in no position to continue pumping, and should realistically have stopped before that point.

| Steps To Reproduce | This problem becomes much easier to track if you change EXHAUSTION messages from UCR_A to UCR in announcements.txt. |
