Summary0008919: Game crashes when trying to build a staircase in caverns on top of a tree
DescriptionI'm kind of new the game, and I discovered my first cavern. The problem is that I can't even explore it because every time I try to build a staircase it crashes when a dwarf gets to the building site (or so I believe, I'm not 100% sure but it seems to happen only when I designate it to be built)
Steps To ReproduceUse b-C-x to build a staircase, designate to be built on top of a tree in the caverns, wait for dwarf to come, game crashes.
Additional InformationI'm using PyLNP to play the game, but it crashes even when I launch the vanilla version.

Building constructions over tree parts crashes the game. It's a common bug in this version. Your report will probably be closed down soon as a duplicate. You can discuss the issue further in the original bug report (0008719).
