0010011: Moody dwarf moved out of path to workshop, doesn't make any effort to go back to it

Description

One of my miners went into a strange mood towards a Mechanic's Workshop and they retrieved materials for it fine. However, something strange happened, and now they are just standing still, wearing clothes but hauling nothing, still described as being in a strange mood, away from the workshop.

Additional Information

I feel that traffic caused another dorf to push this one, seeing as how a lot of people to go through there, but that still makes this a bug.

(0035885) Loci (manager) 2016-09-20 21:37	A moody miner would have selected a stonemason's shop unless he had an equivalent skill level in mechanics (or better, though a dwarf wouldn't be classified as a "miner" with higher mechanics skill). Were there any hostile creatures around? (0009833) Did he start construction, or could he still be waiting to fetch more materials?

However, there MAY have been a brawl around that area, which I'm guessing would work pretty much the same as hostile creatures. Wish I had save to show you :/
