|0010239||Dwarf Fortress||Adventure Mode -- General||public||2017-05-21 12:02||2017-05-21 17:28|
|Platform||OS||Windows 7||OS Version|
|Target Version||Fixed in Version|
|Summary||0010239: Crash occurs when starting adventure as specific person|
|Description||On this save, if you retire an adventurer and choose to play as them again, the game crashes.|
I initially discovered this after playing for a while, but it still occurs in the backup version of the save I made before doing anything (never embarked any forts or played any adventurers, etc.)
I uploaded the save (the backup one) (http://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=12922 [^]), with a created specific person so it's faster to reproduce.
|Steps To Reproduce||load adventure mode|
choose specific person
|Additional Information||I am using x64 SDL version.|
the errorlog at the end has a lot of "succession traveler placed out of bounds", but I don't know if that's related. I cleared out the error log when I went back to the backup save and nothing new appeared, so maybe not.

Additionally, regenning the world with same seeds and parameters does not fix the issue.
Regenning the world with different seeds and same params does not fix the issue, but a test with changing history length to the minimum 2 years did not have the issue
