Summary0010336: Never-ending festivals
DescriptionIf you have ever spent some time looking at vanilla civs in Legends mode, you may have noticed that at some point, a festival starts that never ends.

Initially there will be several festivals that end within a reasonable timeframe but eventually there will be a festival that will constantly start new events, usually with very similar descriptions in the sense of participants and the winner.

 I pressed enter too soon, the last sentence is supposed to be "This bug already existed in 43.05 but I realized I never filed a bug report until I noticed it again in the latest version."

 Can confirm. I recall Dwarven one festival that went on decades, only stopping when Goblins conquered the site. Another interminable celebration started about a decade of the way through.
