| Summary | 0010488: Town has only abandoned buildings and shops, but it is not a ruin |
| Description | I'm in a town where every shop or house is deserted or abandoned. Taverns, temples and the Fort looks like are still working as usual.The market has goods to sell but no seller. There is population listed and a working government (though ruled by a vampire). There are more outcasts than official population, though.

| Additional Information | If there is population some houses and shops should be occupied. There is a heavy lag on the town also. I will upload a save ASAP. |
