0010495: Crippled dwarf not given crutch

Description

I don't actually remember the incident that led to the injury, but I have noticed one marksdwarf crawling around. On investigation, I discovered that his leg is "dented", and that he has "taken to rest in bed" in his treatment history and "ability to stand lost" in his conditions, and nothing else in either tab. I have an ample supply of crutches and my only hospital's zone information lists it as having 2/2 crutches in stock. He does not have a crutch in his inventory, and I don't know why he wasn't issued one.
