Summary0011063: Visitors become hostile to fortress dwarves when fighting begins with invaders.
DescriptionWhen combat begins with any invader, all visiting entities (in this case, diplomats and their guards) are flagged as hostile. Non-military dwarves and visitors will flee from each other, while military dwarves and visitors will kill those of the opposite force. This has been observed across multiple sieges from both human and goblin invaders, and combat has started with the dwarven caravan and liaison in other instances.

Combat between dwarves and non-invaders, such as wild animals or werebeasts, does not cause hostility with visitors. Combat between invaders and non-fortress entities, or environmental damage (such as magma, does not cause hostility with visitors. Combat between invaders and visitors are untested. Line of sight between visitors and invaders is not required.

This issue was first noticed a year before in the fort; for over a decade prior, no issue was present.
Steps To Reproduce1. Load save.

2. Send any squad to engage the goblin siege to the north.

3. Once combat begins between dwarves and goblins, watch as the human diplomats' guards attack and kill noncombatant dwarves.
