Summary0002024: Slow down during offloading units.
DescriptionThe FPS cap *seems* like it is being applied during world gen causing marginally slower world gen depending on system (only noticeable when using a extremely fast system) and makes offloading units very slow.

It appears to be exactly one unit per frame, with the cap off it runs as fast as it can, which is very fast.
With a suitable setup it takes only a few seconds to offload. Cap at 100fps with 8000 units it will take 80 seconds.

You may(probably) have noticed this already was the case already.
