Summary0002621: Alcohol defaults to being cookable.
DescriptionBy default, booze is set up as eligible for cooking.

This can easily ruin booze supplies in new fortress where player sets cooking in repeat.

Simple fix is to handle this similarity to seeds which can optionally be allowed to be cooked, but which are preset to be un-cookable.

As it stands this appears to be a suggestion and not a bug. Thus I suggest you take it to the Suggestions Forum, since this tracker is currently not handling suggestions.
