| Summary | 0003138: Dead dwarf assigned unpathable coffin | ||||||||||
| Description | My doctor was killed by a GCS that somehow managed to get to a staircase that made contact only with a lake. He was then assigned a coffin that was located in a room that can not be accessed unless the river is frozen, and is sitting around unburied because I am unable to revoke the use of that coffin. | ||||||||||
| Additional Information | There are other coffins around for him to be put in. | ||||||||||

I'll see if I've still got it, but that was a couple months ago. |

As requested, here is a test case for v34.11: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=7753 [^] You can build coffins anywhere in the save, and dwarves will be assigned (regardless if the corpse/coffin is actually pathable). This bug can make coffins difficult if you have split-areas or competing forts. Would like to give the dwarves something nice to look forward to after death :) More info is provided in the test case. Hope this helps |
