I can confirm this, and it's extremely annoying when mining. |

I have also seen this. If the designation is under a construction, they also ignore the dig order ( i had built stairs up and wanted to dig a set down later on, I had to remove the up stairs before the minesr would act ). It also seems to ignore the channel order if stone is on top of the tile sometimes |
