Summary | 0000502: Can't cook seeds any more
Description | Seeds no longer turn up on the kitchen list and thus can't be cooked at all. Though it had its dangers, I liked the option to cook seeds in lean years (or when I hit the 200 max).
Steps To Reproduce | Look at the kitchen stocks list ([Z] [right arrow] [enter])
Additional Information | Is this an interface issue rather than a farming jobs issue? Could it be intended behaviour? I don't like it so I'm calling it a bug :)

I'm guessing it's probably intentional, given that seeds are meant to be planted, not cooked into meals. |

You've never had a waldorf salad or a bag of pistachios? (Edited because I only just now thought to add one of my favourite Mitch Hedberg jokes: "What does a sesame seed grow into? I dunno, we never give them a chance.") |

One unit of seed shouldn't feed you as well as one piece of meat or one unit of wheat/whatever. It's hard to say what one seed means in the game but judging by the fact it comes from single unit of processed/brewed plant, it shouldn't be as nutritious as the plant itself. This is probably a feature. Seeds could perhaps be cooked in larger amounts (eg. 10 seeds = 1 food) but this is more like a suggestion. |

Edibility tags appear to have been deliberately omitted from the seed materials, so I'm pretty sure this is intentional. |
