| Summary | 0006087: Small bridge designations show up with wrong tiles | |||||
| Description | I set up a two-tile retractable bridge to be built over a river, it shows up as a table and a seat. The colour (blue) is according to the bridge material. Further designations behave consistently as follows: * 1x1 -- engraving designation tile * 2x1 -- table and seat tiles * Nx1, N>2 -- table at bottom, seat at top, bridge tiles in between * 1x2 -- two tables * 1xN, N>2 -- tables at both ends, bridge tiles in between * MxN, M>1m N>1 -- bridge tiles as normal The tiles stay like these even after construction. I play vanilla. | |||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Designate any small bridge (dimensions listed above). | |||||

The tiles aren't wrong - you're just seeing them as nonsense because you're using a custom graphics set which incorrectly assumes that the tiles will only ever be used for furniture. To clarify, this is what you're supposed to be seeing: 1x1: ╬ 3x1: ╞═╡ 1x3: ╥ ║ ╨ 3x3: ╔═╗ ║+║ (or ≈ if it's rough) ╚═╝ |

Right, taking it to the graph set devs then. |

I don't think I've ever seen anything but the floor tile designation for the non-edge bridge tiles, even when using boulders (rough stone) or logs for the bridge instead of blocks. I'm mainly using Phoebus, so I guess its possible he's tweaked the settings to always show the +, but I wasn't aware of that being the case. I just thought I'd throw that out there in case it matters (its a cosmetic change at worst, and behaving as intended at best ;). |

Since this is a graphics set problem, I'll resolve this as no change required. |
