Just to add that the same person who had kidnap spam as above in my game was subsequently reported correctly in the following liaison who turned up. Unusually the same entity was shown as being kidnapped from a different site by a different entity at a later date in the liaison news.

Have screenshot just can't see how to add it.

Interestingly, after I got a baron and the elven diplomat showed up, he started telling me that [i]the same kid[/i] was kidnapped from [i]elven[/i] sites.

If you have a screenshot, upload it to something like http://imgur.com/ [^] and post a link here.
If you have a save, upload it (zipped region folder) to http://dffd.bay12games.com/ [^] and post a link here.

You can also try storing your save file aside, abandoning your fort for a while and checking Legends to find more about that guy who got kidnapped. Then reload your side-save again.
