Summary0008594: Dwarf repeatedly cancels Release: Need empty cage
DescriptionI've reclaimed a worldgen fortress and found a bunch of dwarves already living there. They seem quite peaceful but they do occasionally wander into my cage traps. I've made some efforts at releasing them, and have somehow ended up in a state were one of my dwarves is standing by a cage spamming cancellation messages:

Mosus Lertethsodel, Potter cancels Release Asob Duthalnomal, Animal Trainer: Need empty cage.

These messages are generated at a rate of maybe ten per second.

I think that Mosus Lertethsodel should stop trying to release the caged dwarf, and should go away and do something else for a bit.
Steps To ReproduceLoad this save and watch the announcements:

The display is centred on the problematic dwarf.

Having continued with the game, I've found that creating a wood stockpile at ground level cause the stuck dwarf to get unstuck and start hauling, so maybe this isn't a bug at all.
