Summary0008746: Attempt to construct on a tile where a tree has grown causes crash
DescriptionA large area outside of the fort at Z-level 135 is designated to have floors constructed on it. Shortly after the job designation, a sapling at Z-level 134 grew into a tree that extends up to Z-level 137. When dwarves atttempt to construct the floor tiles that now collide with the tree, Dwarf Fortress crashes.

The upper portions of the tree trunk/branches are only revealed after canceling the "Construct Floor" designation on the tiles where it has appeared.
Steps To ReproduceI have uploaded the save file here:
http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=10457 [^]
Left alone, the crash will occur within zero to two minutes.
Additional InformationI ran across this while using Phoebus' tile set but was able to reproduce the crash using the basic 0.40.24 version of Dwarf Fortress as well.
