| Description | I created a new fortress in a new world, and it kept crashing not too long after embark. I eventually saved the game at a point where it crashes every time almost right away. | |||||

I can reproduce a crash in your save. Maybe a duplicate of mine: 0009146, seemed to crash at a different part of the program tho, but im not an assembly guy. Someone tried to mark mine as a possible duplicate of the calendar crash but these crashes are happening after that? |

Are you using any third party tools or is that vanilla DF? Have you tried cancelling all jobs or other such things to made it not crash? |

It appears to be fixed in 0.42.02. It was vanilla, and all 7 dwarves were idle. |

Thanks for the follow up. All of these random in-play crashes that now appear to be fixed as of 42.02 will be grouped as duplicates of 0009132. |
