Summary0009626: Meeting Hall blocks Tavern Visitors
DescriptionTavern covered by Meeting Hall dining room, gets no visitors. I believe other bugged saves will also show this but have not reproduced.
Steps To ReproduceCreate tavern area with tables.

Mark 1 table as dining area that covers tavern area partially (I only covered seating+table+dance floor, not storage or bedrooms).

Mark dining table as free and Meeting Hall - Y
Tagsmeeting, visitors

You must be in range (via world activation travel simulating units moving on the 'map' between places) of a friendly settlement to recieve regular visitors, other circumstances (civ destroyed/under siege in a war) can affect the rate visitors appear.

It is the same system for caravans & outpost liasons which also have to travel and will take longer/sometimes not appear in certain conditions (distance/political conflict etc.)
