0007967: deconstructed floors still make magma

Description

According to bug 0007564 this was fixed in version 40.04, but I'm still seeing it with a reclaim fort created on 40.07 (this time it was on a pregenerated bridge over a brook) and retested on 40.08. The magma is stackable and doesn't hurt dorfs on top of it. This happened on every floor over the brook but not with a floor or wall on the reclaim fort itself.

Steps To Reproduce

Embark a reclaim fort. Deconstruct a floor, at least on a bridge over a brook.
