| Summary | 0010643: History event "tactical situation" does not save "flags" | ||||
| Description | When history_event_tactical_situationst is saved and loaded, the field which holds the "start" flag (as reported in the XML export) is ignored. As a result, Legends will always report these events as if one group merely outwitted the other, rather than actually outmatching them. | ||||
