0010649: Nemesis Unit load failed after df version change

Description

I play old game that was started in df 0.44.03
I played some time in df 0.44.05 then moved to df 0.44.07

If I retire or abandon fortress after playing some time in df 0.44.07, "Nemesis Unit load failed" happens when I come to this fortress in adventure mode (or if I start in it). It not happens with fortresses that was abandoned in df 0.44.05 or if I retire fortress from df 0.44.05 immediatly after load.

Unretiring of fortress works well.

Also, there are not any unit-*.dat files in old saves that missed in new save.

This bug can be site-related, because I didn't test other fortresses

Steps To Reproduce

Create fortress in df 0.44.05.
Load it in df 0.44.07
Play some time
Retire or abandon it
Come to the fortress in adventure mode

Older file from df 0.44.05, newer from df 0.44.07

In older file there are no problem if I came with adventurer to Twopath
In newer file it cause "Nemesis Unit load failed" It also happens with later saves.

Also game crashes in both versions after retiring of old adventurers (it discussed here: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=169894.0 [^])
