0001130: Liaison departs immediately upon arrival
Upon the arrival of a liaison to my site, the game pauses and zooms to the location. In the very next game step, the liaison leaves, bringing up the message "Diplomacy Stymied -- A diplomat has left unhappy." The liaison totally disappears from the map.

The caravan accompanying the liaison will continue to arrive as usual. However, being unable to meet with the diplomat seems to make me incapable of attracting a single migrant, making me stuck with the 30 or so I've had ever since the first liaison arrived and did this. This report is coming after the second occurrence of this bug, insinuating that there's something off about my site itself, rather than some kind of pathing issue.

My expedition leader happened to die in a mining accident, which might have something to do with this bug, but I can't remember whether my leader was dead the first time this happened or not. I've also breached the HFS, but I'm pretty certain I hadn't done that until after the first occurrence. Another factor could be that the world has pocket dimensions, so its rather small. There is an intact Dwarven civilization, though, so I'm not sure that's the problem.
Through a stroke of luck, I saved my game mere moments before the liaison will arrive. I don't see any option to upload files to a report here, so... I uploaded it to this address:

Uuuughh, I did a search for the incorrectly-spelled "liason" and not the proper "liaison" when I made this. If I had known the correct spelling when I checked for duplicates, I would've seen that this is identical to 0000576. Hrrrmmrrm...

I included a save, at least. That's the only thing keeping this report from being a complete failure :P . Don't know if that matters anyway since that other report seems to indicate that it's the death of the expedition leader that's causing the issue after all.

Oh well.
