0002446: Area accessible by stairs with hatches becomes inaccessible.
Sudden inaccessibility of an area accessible by stairs with hatches / no pathing to/from it to 'main' area.

I dug an area for farming with downward stairs leading to hall, then built hatches over stairs (for drainage) and floodgates.

My problems arise when I start linking floodgates and hatches to levers. I have tried several times, with backups:
- hatches first. After first hatch is connected, second one is 'inaccessible', linkage suspended, dwarves do not go to the farming area anymore, not even for mining.
- floodgates first. After a mechanism is connected to the first floodgate, others become 'inaccessible', dwarves suspend construction and do not go to the farming area anymore.
- one hatch first, then pulling lever to open it, then try to link second hatch - same result.
- build walls in the farming area - some walls built, then mason can not get down. Assigning more walls to build leads to 'no non-economic stone' thing (a lot of non-economic stone really one level below).

No burrows, saving/rebooting/loading did not help. Problem encountered for three forts out of three.
Dig an area accessible only by up/down stairs. Build hatches on top. Set some tasks in that area.

Please disregard and close this report, the problem was really not in pathfinding bug, but in a fortress design. So sorry =(
