DescriptionDwarf resting in hospital with yellow leg wounds and "Ability to stand lost" goes moody. Shouldn't mood check bypass dwarves too injured to walk?
Steps To ReproduceInjure a lot of dwarves. Wait for (or debug trigger) a mood while they are resting

Some users report that moody dwarves experience some sort of "resurgence" when they receive a mood, and can complete the mood even with major injuries or being unable to stand.

However, obviously the opposite is also true.

Well to be fair he did manage to leave his hospital bed, crawl around the fortress securing the required items, complete his mood and become a legendary tailor. However he then collapsed in the Clothier's shop.

Injured dwarf with the ability to stand lost, got a fey mood and is now making is way to the jeweler worshop.
