Dunno how it happened, but this savegame has now some iron floodgates that won't stop magma flow and that have wrong icons, looking like bars instead of other floodgates. World generated in .16. No edits nor funny stuff. Vanilla DF .16.

Were your mechanisms made from magma-safe materials? If not, the mechanisms probably melted, which would leave the floodgates deconstructed and lying on the floor; this would also explain why they're showing up as 3 horizontal bars (which is how they're supposed to always appear were it not for 0002589).
